East Orlando Preds is a nonprofit AAU-sanctioned youth football and cheer organization in Orlando serving ages 5-14 across flag and tackle football divisions. In addition to its fall season, it runs a free off-season conditioning program starting in May and skill camps led by experienced coaches. It is primarily a competitive league rather than a full-day summer camp.
