He shared his fitness journey, educated me on the activities offered during my first visit and walk through at the YMCA Downtown Louisville location. Tee started from the 7th floor and I had no idea this YMCA location offered seven floors of useful space. As a result I came back that evening for the water fitness class with Leslie, it was amazing. The same week, I signed up for the Smart Start Program with Jon and attended his Yoga class. I am very confident that I will be able to meet my goals with the custom workout plan. I had driven by this location for years and did not stop in to see what they had to offer versus the other locations. My circumstances changed which led me to check out the downtown Louisville YMCA and I am glad that I did. Thank you to everyone working there.

★★★★★Forrest CoryClean facility with friendly staff - Not crowded in the early AM - it’s an older downtown building so parking is in the adjacent garage (I think they validate) and the fitness options are found on 4 different floors but they have all the cardio, strength, free weight and group cycling you could want. Love all the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment 💪💪💪
