★★★Carly LatragnaMy daughter just completed her first year of dance at DK Dance. I was really hopeful because a lot of people had recommended DK Dance. My overall experience was disappointing. They are very unorganized. First, they had given us conflicting dates for her recital. I had also ordered recital shirts for myself and my husband which were not given to us, and when I brought it up they had only given me my shirt then I had to tell them again I ordered one for my husband. Clearly they had never set aside the shirts for us. I also pre-ordered flowers for the recital. The point in doing that was so I didn't have to carry around the flowers the entire time of the recital. Half way though the recital, I went to go get them and the florist had left and never left behind the flowers I ordered. All email correspondence I would receive from DK Dance I was never able to open. I was told I was the only person that had that problem. Every time I would forward the email to my husband, he was also unable to open the correspondence. Then, I log into their portal and noticed I was charged for 2026-2027 "VIP" access. When I inquired about this they told me it was in the email they sent me. Again, I could never open the attachments they would send. My daughter isn't signing up for dance next year. They never offered to give me my money back. One thing I will say is anytime I tried calling them, they were always quick to respond.
