Powered by GoogleAn amazing place! My son has been going here for almost a year. Such a positive and energetic atmosphere with lots of great people. This place really gives you a good workout and it's great for kids, teens and adults.
Dexterity Depot is such a positive place to have a team building session. I attended a networking event there and it was a blast. It really gets people to open up and break out of their shells. Tara Brown, one of the owner, was great and explained what all the equipment was for and let all of us old people try it out without any judgement in out athletic ability, or lack thereof. I also have several friends who have their kids attend their summer camps, and I hear they are a great way to keep young ones active and off electronics. I can’t wait to go back!
Took my son and his friend to Dexterity Depot for his birthday. They both had an amazing time and can't wait to go back. I think he enjoyed the warped wall the most but the best thing for us was to see our son enjoy something apart from video games...haha. Tim was amazing and made the experience memorable. Thank you Tim and Dexterity Depot.
Beyond my expectations. So cool. We visited from out of town. This felt like a secret club for America Ninja Warrior training. My 7 year old daughter loved it. 8-9 year old nephews loved it, too. Tips: • if you’re a safety freak, stay home or send the other parent. There are high ledges without guard rails that could be dangerous — especially for young athletes. • bring water or a water bottle. Your kids are going to get a workout. • a lot of the activities require grip strength. Prepare kids that it’s ok if their hands hurt. Take breaks. Use the trampoline to mix up activities. Even seasoned climbers need rest.
Our 8 year old son was attending a different (semi-serious) ninja/parkour gym when we heard about Dexterity Depot and other gyms around the area. After looking into them, we decided to give Dexterity Depot a try and the only regret we have is not going there sooner! Tim and the rest of the staff are some of the best coaches I have seen from any competitive sport. They offer classes for every experience level and really take their time to demonstrate all of the nuance required to learn and master a skill or obstacle. The coaches will push you, but they do it with encouragement and positivity. Whether you have just learned your first parkour skill or you've conquered the warped wall, your coaches (and classmates) are there to cheer you on! Dexterity Depot's claim of being the area's elite parkour and ninja training facility is not an exaggeration. There are no gimmicks or playground equipment here - just a gym that was designed strictly for parkour and ninja training. I have to give them credit for their brilliant design because, while they have the "classic" obstacles like the warped wall and salmon ladder that you've seen on TV, they designed the gym to be modular and evolve. Every class has a different setup - you can tell they put in a lot of effort to constantly change things to keep it fresh, fun, and challenging. It doesn't matter if you just want to become more active or if you have aspirations to be one of the best, Dexterity Depot is the place you want to train. There's a reason why the staff, athletes, and gym have won awards, appeared on American Ninja Warrior, and competed at the World Championships - stop in and find out!
