The Danville Area Community Center runs a summer day camp for children in grades K-5 with daily swimming and swim lessons, arts and crafts, nature activities, games and field trips. A separate teen camp for those entering grades 6-8 offers three-day themed sessions (art, sports, aerial yoga/Pilates, STEM, nature) from 9 a.m. to noon with field trips such as kayaking and minor-league baseball.

Everyone around me couldn't believe how she spoke to me.AND she was blowing her whistle at my granddaughter for her to get out .... SHE'S 4!! I understand they have rules...but holy cow man. SHE WAS DOWNRIGHT rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. It was enough to say I'd NEVER recommend this facility!

Friendly staff, great flexible hours(as long as schools in session) and large gymnasium for those who like to play basketball. Pool was always kept clean,and that staff was awesome and very helpful ( lifegaurds)
