Powered by GoogleWonderful first opportunity to learn dance moves (ballet and tap combo class was a great introduction to both styles of dance). We loved the Fairview Park Gemini Center dance room for convenience and ease of parking, entry and visibility during class too!
I have been trying to get in touch with the director for months without any success. Two weeks into the program, they switched my child’s teacher without notice, and since then, communication has been nonexistent. The organization feels disjointed — the teachers say one thing while the office staff says another. Unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience and a waste of money. I highly recommend choosing a local dance studio where the staff is passionate about teaching dance, values consistency, and is truly present for their students.
Ms. Alaana is fantastic! She is very patient with our 3 year old and so much fun to dance with each week!
My 5 year old daughter is in her second session. We took one session at the start of the year (starting in January) and took the summer off before starting again a few weeks ago (in Sept.). In between she was asking when she would be able to come back. I love that this class teaches her the basics of dance (tap and ballet) and gives her further confidence in gross and fine motor movements. The instructors are vibrant and enthusiastic, and help foster a love for dance. The classes are small and the girls get a lot of individual attention. My daughter looks forward to coming every week and we will be signing up for future sessions.
The magical munchkins class is a good introductory class for little ones. There were only 3 kids in the class, which was good for the she group and being able to give the kids the attention they may need. My only criticism is I feel like it’s a little long for the age group. The kids tend to lose their attention span after a while. However, the teacher is very sweet, enthusiastic, and engaging. Finally, I like the low stress of being able to wear whatever they want.
