The customers around us were more helpful. Then the machine itself wasn't throwing consistent pitches. Like if the wheels were worn down. We have used other machines before with a wild pitch here and there but these were VERY off. Not worth what they charge for the equipment to not be maintained.

It’s confusing to be asked what you’d like, only to have something completely different set up. Clear communication and simply following the customer’s request would make a big difference. Hoping management takes this as constructive feedback.

The front desk associate explained the process to us very thoroughly and even though it was a holiday, we didn't have to wait very long at all for a cage to open up.
