Gracie and Tyler have been outstanding. My daughter has grown so much under their guidance– physically, mentally, and in her overall confidence. They generally care about the athletes.

I love taking my son here to work on his batting mechanics. Cages are easy to rent, even for machine pitching. Clean stalls and good pricing. They offer a little bit of everything and 1:1 instruction coaching.

Came here for the first time and no one was in the front. There was only 1 worker a young girl in the back, didn't provide much info on the machines. The customers around us were more helpful. Then the machine itself wasn't throwing consistent pitches. Like if the wheels were worn down. We have used other machines before with a wild pitch here and there but these were VERY off. Not worth what they charge for the equipment to not be maintained.

The facility itself has potential, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The attendant basically does whatever she wants, regardless of what you actually request. It’s confusing to be asked what you’d like, only to have something completely different set up. Clear communication and simply following the customer’s request would make a big difference. Hoping management takes this as constructive feedback.

I brought my son here for the first time yesterday. We intended to only use the pitching machines in the batting cages. The front desk associate explained the process to us very thoroughly and even though it was a holiday, we didn't have to wait very long at all for a cage to open up. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.
