This is a letter of thanks to the Cyclones Lacrosse Coaching staff for all the effort the program put into developing my daughter- both as a player and a person- over the past six years. When we started at Cyclones Lacrosse my daughter was in the 7th grade and had played on another local travel team. We were looking for a travel program that develops the player and person with a great culture. When she joined the program, I hoped my daughter would thrive and accomplish her goal of playing college lacrosse which she successfully did with their help. The personal attention the players received to develop their skills and build their competitive athletic abilities convinced me that Cyclones Lacrosse was the best travel girls lacrosse program in Michigan/Northwest Ohio. The Cyclones coaches have reach beyond the sport, building character, discipline, and leadership. They learn that their level of success is determined by their level of discipline and to give their all consistently, not just when they know someone is watching. Finally, the culture is about making each other better as a result of how the players work, treat their teammates and team goals. This is the culture that echoes throughout the program. When the recruiting process began for our family, the coaching staff answered every phone call, question or concern we had during this time. They gave us their full support and spoke to any of the coaches interested in my daughter. It is amazing that they do this for every player that has an interest in playing college lacrosse, while still running a first-class organization. Cyclones Lacrosse is the top tier program in Michigan/ Northwest Ohio and the results speak for themselves. What started out as collection of coaches/players has morphed into a group of parents/players that have all bonded together. This is the culture Cyclones Lacrosse had created and lived.
