CS Recitations is a year-round after-school coding school in Natick, founded in 2017 by an MIT-educated computer scientist, serving students in grades 3 through 12 on a curriculum built to exceed Massachusetts DESE computer science standards. Students take classes in Scratch 3, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and Unity, or math and coding competition classes preparing for Math Kangaroo, Continental Mathematics League, American Computer Science League and USACO; private tutoring is also available. Classes meet once a week for one to two hours from September through late May, so this is a weekly class program rather than a summer camp.
