Crooked Tree Arts Center is a nonprofit arts center running summer camps for kids and teens at its Traverse City and Petoskey locations, taught by professional teaching artists. Sessions range from week-long camps to shorter workshops, with campers exploring a variety of art forms; past Traverse City themes have included clay studio work, art inspired by food, projects on Northern Michigan water resources, and STEAM camps run with partners such as North Sky Raptor. Specific age bands and daily hours are not published on the camps page — one example camp is offered for grades K-3 — so confirm details before registering.

Love the classes offered! I fully enjoy the artists they bring in too!
Beautiful art gallery with art classes. Took my daughter to an art class and the teacher was wonderful, she learned a lot and had a great time.
Crooked tree is an important community asset that supports the arts in numerous ways, including classes, and displays interesting and varied artworks in the gallery.
Wonderful art portrayed spaciously. Not very busy, but hopefully it will be soon!
