The Crescent Yacht Club Junior Division has run a sailing program for young people ages 7 through 18 since 1931, covering sailing, swimming and water safety on Sawmill Bay off Chaumont Bay. The program runs each summer from late June through mid-August out of a purpose-built 1,800-square-foot community sailing building next to the yacht club, with a games area, kitchen, workshop, and showers and locker rooms. Two full-tuition scholarships are awarded each year for a full summer of the program. The Junior Division operates as a nonprofit community sailing center with its own site at juniordivision.org.

This is a beautiful old rustic yacht club. You can feel the aura when you walk in. A beautiful setting and nice bar.

Great traditional yacht club, founded in 1901, former Secretary of State John Dulles was a member and pic of Jim Boehiem adorns the bulletin board.

Its a bit dated. Its a member only club but they do treat guest wonderfully and even have themed nights like lady's night. Open bar is available as well as a self serve gas station for boats close by

Awesome yacht club. The members there are great and they have youth sailing programs!

Been a member for two years now. Lots of events such as Family Nights (Tuesdays during July-August) and weekend events. A friendly place where people feel welcomed!
