Conservatory Program-Augusta
Private
The Augusta University Music Conservatory is the community-music arm of the university's music department, offering weekly private lessons in piano, organ, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion (minimum 15 lessons per semester) plus youth ensembles: the Conservatory Wind Symphony for 9th-12th grade band students, the AU Jazz Band, and the Youth Orchestras of Greater Augusta for string players in grades 4-12. Its summer offering is a week-long Summer Music Camp for rising 6th through 12th graders with at least one year of musical experience, running June 22-26, 2026 with band, choir and orchestra tracks; a separate voice and music theater camp is also offered.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Conservatory Program-Augusta directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.
