Augusta Mini Theatre is a nonprofit arts and life-skills school on Deans Bridge Road, founded by Tyrone J. Butler as Augusta's first community arts school covering multiple disciplines. It teaches drama and visual arts for 1st through 12th graders, piano from age 7 and modern dance for ages 9-19 at beginner through advanced levels, plus a teen pregnancy-prevention workshop. Classes run after school Monday through Thursday during the school year and feed student performances in its Judith Simon Butler Theatre; instruction is priced to stay affordable.

They brought the right energy needed to carry out this intriguing performance that delivered inspirational messages woven together through a potpourri of poems, quotes and excerpts from various writings. The students not only knew their lines, but they felt and understood their lines. They took the audience on a rousing journey that made you feel enlightened and so glad that you came.
