Code Ninjas is a kids' coding franchise whose game-based summer camps have children ages 5-14 learn programming, robotics, and digital literacy by building their own video games. Camps run as weekly day sessions with open enrollment; the JR track (ages 5-7) uses a visual curriculum and the CREATE track (7-14) follows a white-to-black-belt progression. The Weddington/Indian Trail center is at 6405 Old Monroe Rd.

The owner of this franchise, Samir Patel, is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. The staff assisting him is also terrific, and I have witnessed very little if any staff turnover in our time there, which means my son has been able to benefit from consistent strong support from a group of folks who know him well and that he knows well. All in all, this has been and continues to be a great experience for our family!
