Powered by GoogleI was looking for a place that made slime for my daughter’s birthday party and I reached out to Kari and she was very responsive and made it happen for my daughter and 13 of her friends. It was such a fun class and Kari’s daughter taught them tips and tricks on how to make their own at home. Such a fun one, highly recommend!
Coastal Makers Art Studio is absolutely amazing. We’ve hosted my children’s birthday parties here, held corporate events and private parties, and also attended several of the art classes. Every experience has been outstanding. The studio is welcoming, well-organized, and full of creativity. The team is patient, encouraging, and fantastic with both kids and adults, making every event feel special and stress-free. Whether it’s a celebration, team-building event, or a class, everything is thoughtfully planned and so much fun. If you’re looking for a creative space that delivers memorable experiences every time, Coastal Makers is the place. Highly recommend! 🎨✨
Our youth empowerment and injury violence prevention program had the privilege of visiting Coastal Makers for a kintsugi pottery session, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Led by the incredible Ms. Kari, our participants and mentors were able to reflect, heal, and express themselves through this beautiful and symbolic art form. Ms. Kari created such a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that allowed everyone to feel safe and inspired. Even when one of our students felt discouraged and thought their bowl couldn’t be put back together, Ms. Kari worked tirelessly to help repair it—because, in her words, “I don’t want anyone to be left out of having a bowl.” That small act of care and determination made a huge impact and showed just how deeply she values every individual. We are so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with her and Coastal Makers—this experience made a lasting impact on our youth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for meaningful, creative, and restorative programming!
I had a really nice first experience at Coastal Makers creating a multi media butterfly. My friend Joni told me about the mental health Monday class this afternoon and luckily I was able to sign up before today’s session. What a cool space to create, I would definitely want to take part in classes again. She had more than just multimedia to offer so I would be very interested in taking other classes she offers. The hour and a half flew by. I really enjoyed it. Her studio space was full of beautiful art and pieces to create more beautiful art. It was quite inspiring.
My husband surprised me with a date night doing glass and resin art. The best date ever ! We absolutely loved it and the people who run it. Will definitely be back
