They placed my son in the wrong class — their mistake — and instead of taking accountability and correcting it, they went ahead and canceled his contract without ever informing us. We only found out after the fact, which is beyond frustrating as parents who trusted them with our child’s development and schedule. There was no phone call, no email, no attempt to work with us to resolve the situation. This is not how you treat families who invest their time and money in your program. Their unprofessional handling of this situation has left us completely dissatisfied, and we will not be recommending this organization to anyone. Parents deserve transparency, respect, and communication — unfortunately, this club showed none of those qualities.
