Clearfield is a Town of Amherst community center and park in Williamsville with a youth center, tennis and basketball courts, baseball and youth soccer fields, a playground and picnic shelters. The town's Youth & Recreation department runs a Summer Day Camp for ages 5-11 and a Summer Explorers camp for ages 12-14, both 8:00am-5:30pm with educational activities, field trips, special interest groups and arts and crafts; an Early Bird drop-off (7:30am) and Extended Day (to 6:00pm) are offered and lunch is brown-bag. Clearfield Youth Center is one of the department's four youth-center sites serving the Williamsville school district. Registration is through amherstyouthandrec.org.

★★Sebastian TownsendOnly writing a bad review because of our experience at the Clearfield pool today, we usually love it there. There were goose feces EVERYWHERE. To the point you couldn’t even step anywhere without stepping in a pile of it. Absolutely disgusting. Especially because all the kids were stepping into it and running into the pool. Unsanitary conditions. My children and I left immediately. I did tell somebody that was working the front desk and was told “you can go to another pool. Our maintenance men are short staffed today and couldn’t clean it up.”

Got there just for Saturdays to now have a new rule that "you have to be there with an Amherst resident or you aren't allowed in." Extremely disappointing considering we drove all the way there just to find that out because there wasn't an update on Facebook, their website, or anything ):
★Crystal NealI'm a Amherst resident and the majority of the people that go are non Amherst residents. And the pool is super over crowded and dirty. People changing their babies diapers at the edge of the pool. Trash and debris everywhere and the pool has hair floating in it and dead bugs. You figure Amherst is making a ton of money for charging 5 dollars per person for non residents. I didn't renew my family's membership this year because of these issues. We found other ways to cool off. Every other town you have to be a resident of that town to use their pool not in the town of Amherst. Their is no perks to living in Amherst. Smh
★★★RiaLiana BaggaPlayground is good but now in addition to a broken spring now one of the other items is broken. Place is going downhill unfortunately. May not come back until it's fixed now that two items are broken on the playground and one is a safety risk for any kid. If they fall or trip it will be a huge lawsuit towards the community center !
