Powered by GoogleThe team at Kindercare was very accommodating to our transition into daycare. The teachers listen, and act on, all of my observations/concerns. I have watched them talk to each other about unique things for the toddlers. The fact that they retain information on the children as individuals speaks volumes about how present they are. Daily communication through the app also exceeds what I expected. I get updates, pictures, videos, food logs, and more several times a day. Essentially I know exactly how my child is doing at any given time of day. Transparency has also played a key role in their success. Illnesses, incidents, holiday reminders, and even when the director or teacher will be out for the day are all communicated in a timely manner. Knowing that my child is in good hands when I drop him off helps me get through the work day and takes a load of stress off of us.
We have been sending our kids to the Germantown Kindercare for 3 years and we absolutely love it. Our children’s safety is their top priority. They connect great with our kids! The staff teach them age-appropriate lessons and they tailor it to their individual personalities. They are always willing to work with our family and our ever-changing needs. Their hours are great, too! I cannot say enough great things about them. Our kids enjoy it there too - each one of them!
I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. I'm a new mom, in a pandemic, so it's been stressful trying to maneuver some things. The teachers write notes (since we can't do face to face with the covid protections) to keep me informed and find out what I want to them to do as things change. I can also call the office and talk to a teacher if I need to. They have a curriculum for every age, developmentally appropriate. I can tell they really care about my child, and that's so comforting to know when you leave your baby with someone. I know my son likes it here, too, because he always smiles when I see him with a teacher through the door and when I pick him up. This is a great place! It's clean, full of amazing and caring teachers, and well suited to helping your child throughout development.
My Son has attended this location for about a year. The engagement with the teachers and children have been positive from what I have witnessed. My child likes to go to school and hasn't had any problems learning, in fact he has been considered advanced for his age. He has great relationships with his teachers and everyone knows his name. A sheet is given at the end of the day explaining the activities performed, this being helpful on what to work with our children after the school day. I appreciate the care and concerns this particular staff has for the children attending.
Excellent place! My little baby has been there since she is 3 month old, so far she has been there 4 months and I can tell the teachers for the infant rooms are amazing. The teachers are so caring and they get to know very fast with the baby. They let you know every day how your baby is going with everything (feeding, behavior and also the develpment with the activities). Catrina, the director is excellent, she knows the babies and she is update with everything. She is always there taking care of the child and available. The location is so good, it is in a very quiet and safe area. Finally, I can say the center is a very good place, so far I just have the experience of the infant teachers, which have been great.
