This is a retreat lodging place as the name implies rather than a hotel and with that in mind, you might not be totally disappointed. We came in a time where most places were booked already and this is the only decent place that is not overpriced. There is no actual reception area and what was labeled office is always close the whole time we were there. You just go inside the coffee shop and ask for help or call the number posted at the office door. There are 2 J1772 chargers that you have to download an app or scan a QR code and create an account before you can use. It was $0.70 per kilowatt in February 2026. We stayed at the Loft which is spacious and has 2 bathrooms that have motion activated lights. Unfortunately, the first night we stayed, there’s a group who booked the conference room which is behind our room and they were too loud late at night past midnight. I reminded myself this is not a hotel, it is designed for large groups for a retreat. The following day I noticed that 2 windows can be opened from outside but one cannot be locked. Not something to worry about at this area though. The main bathroom didn’t have any bodywash and had to use the shampoo instead, no problem. There’s a small refrigerator that doesn’t make noise (awesome), a coffee machine we didn’t use, and a tv screen and bring your own media if you’re planning to use it. There are no channels to view or apps to watch, I tried. The bed though was too firm for my back and the pillows were just made of foam or some sort. It might be different if we had stayed at their other accommodation because all other reviews were pretty high. Although I learned not to set too highly on any accommodations based on their ratings, that first night really ruined our night.

Nothing short of amazing, so blessed to have found this gem. Myself, husband and 3 year old son loved our stay. So accommodating and comfortable, we also enjoyed Zoe's coffee shop which is conveniently on the grounds. Wonderful service from all who work here, we appreciate the hospitality and plan to come back soon! The snow fall was a bonus for us!

Amazing place! Beautiful scenery mixed with a welcoming atmosphere, The Lodge is perfectly positioned for providing you with a great experience! Tons of activities: shuffleboard, frisbee golf, hiking, amphitheater, patios, and lots of nature… you won’t be disappointed.
