My son has been attending this daycare for over a year now, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. As an employee of ECU Health, the location is incredibly convenient for our family, and the hours are some of the best you’ll find in Greenville, North Carolina—especially for working parents who need flexibility and reliability. The staff genuinely care about my child and treat him like their own, which gives me so much peace of mind each day. Communication is excellent; they keep me consistently updated and never hesitate to call if anything comes up. I also absolutely love the app the facility uses—it provides real-time updates on meals, diaper changes, and daily activities. Many of the teachers go above and beyond by posting pictures and sharing fun, creative moments from the day, which always makes me smile. It’s clear this daycare provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel loved, and I’m so grateful to have my son here.

Im a new mom to a one year old and she has been at this facility since she was 3 months old. We've been in 4 different classes so far and all the teachers have been great. The procare app they use helps track what your child is doing through the day which has been nice to look at while Im at work. The director Teresa is great, she knows every child in that building and what (if any) needs they have. Most of the teachers know a lot more of the children than those in theor class, and everyone is always friendly. They keep a clean building, you always smell cleaning supplies when you come in.
