Child care that doesn’t care! I decided not to continue with enrollment for my daughter. The process felt rushed and I was not clearly informed in advance that full physical and immunization records were required, which made it very difficult to prepare as a first timer to enrol in any child care! Communication was also very challenging, as I could not find a reliable email contact and most communication was done by phone. During one of my calls, I felt the interaction was rude and the phone was abruptly hung up, which was not supportive as a parent trying to get information for my child. Overall, the experience lacked the care and was not supportive for a new parent navigating enrollment requirements.

We couldn’t be happier than we are at Children’s World on Arlington! From the first day, they have made us feel like family. The staff is incredibly patient and genuinely cares about every child. The teachers are invested in every child’s happiness and growth. Every morning, my kids are excited to go to daycare and every afternoon we look forward to hearing about their fun day. The communication is excellent, the daycare is clean and welcoming, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing my children are in great hands. It’s rare to find a place that combines both professionalism with a personal touch, but this daycare truly does! We are beyond thankful for Children’s World and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for exceptional childcare!

This is my son’s 3rd year at Children's World and we absolutely love it here. From the infant room to the toddler room, we have had a great experience. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and safe. I love that they have cameras in each classroom. Highly recommend!

Both of my children have attended CWLC on Arlington since the Infant class. One has completed PreK with CWLC and moved on to public school, while the other is still at CWLC. We have had the best experience with the teachers and staff. I know my children are safe, loved and are excelling at learning and developing. I would recommend CWLC to any of my friends!

So my wife and I came to your facility last week at your Arlington location. My wife and I are looking for a new child care services for our child. He rang the doorbell, nobody responded. Ring the doorbell again and somebody buzzed this in with her Bojangles in hand cuz she was on lunch. Sat down. There's nobody at the front desk area and she didn't come back. We were in the lobby for a few minutes and nobody showed up. That is not a very good look for parents who are seeking child care out and entrusting you with their child. Granted you have cameras all over the facility and you can see that in the lobby with the massive TV showing those cameras but it wouldn't have mattered if my wife and I had come there for bad intentions. We are definitely not going to ever come here with our child. It will never recommend this place for any parent. Y'all need to do better for people's children. This is unacceptable. Do better
