The director and front staff have been so helpful. Always cheerful and inviting. My son comes in ready for the day, and after a week he is making better choices, and learning so much. We went through a couple rough years with schools that didn't quite measure up. So happy we went with this school for his final year of early childhood development.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience after being a customer of this daycare for the past two years. My children have attended this center consistently up until today, when they were unexpectedly refused entry. This situation appears to stem from a concern I raised to a corporate representative regarding a serious incident I personally witnessed. A child had been bitten, and no staff member provided assistance for approximately 10 minutes despite a teacher requesting help. As a parent, I felt it was important to report this for the safety and well-being of all children. Shortly after raising this concern, I was confronted by the center director, Taylor, who demanded that I come into her office immediately. The interaction quickly escalated, and I was spoken to in a raised and unprofessional manner in front of my children and other parents. I chose to disengage from the situation rather than participate in a conversation under those conditions. The following day, I returned to drop off my children and was informed that they were no longer allowed to attend. No clear or appropriate justification was provided. As a result, my child—who was set to graduate from Pre-K—will now miss this important milestone. Over the course of our time at this center, I have observed multiple concerning practices, including classrooms appearing to be out of ratio, staff raising their voices at children, and what appeared to be rushed “panic cleaning” when licensing visits were anticipated. I believe parents should feel confident that their concerns will be taken seriously and handled professionally. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. I hope this feedback encourages accountability and improvement in how concerns related to child safety and parent communication are addressed.

I am incredibly grateful to Children’s Learning Adventure for the amazing work they’ve done with my three-year-old. They have been a tremendous help during such a difficult transition for both my child and me, especially since I had to start working suddenly. They have been so understanding and compassionate with my son, never leaving him alone and attending to all his needs, as well as mine. Every teacher is absolutely wonderful, and Ms. Emani holds a very special place in both my heart and my son’s heart, as she has been a key figure in this entire transition.my son truly loves each and every one of them, and every time he leaves, he always says, “I love you.” 🥹

I have been taking my baby for the past 3 months here since I went back to work from maternity leave and have never felt more happy for a day care like I have for this place. I toured a lot of places but immediately felt good energy here. Since my baby has been attending I have received great communication from Taylor the director, Jordan the accounting lady, and Emani who helped tour me. The teachers for the infants are AMAZING! Ms. Nancy, Ms. Lata, Sabrina and Ms. H are the sweetest and I can tell they really care for each baby in that room. Everyone always greets me when I walk by. I am excited to bring my older daughter for the winter and summer break. She really loved it when I took her during Fall break. I can assure you that they are on top of everything there. I have recommended A LOT of friends and even had a few who started before me. That means a lot. I give this place a 10/10! SOOOO happy!

May experience with CLA was absolutely amazing. I wish every day my daughter could reenroll as everyone was so amazing. There took the time to greet her and engage with her as much as possible, and they were always very friendly and attentive to me as I pass through for pickup/drop off. My daughter’s teachers Ms. Nancy and Ms. Lata are so amazing. They provided me with motherly support and advice and often times teach me new things as well and it makes me feel so supported and that my daughter was in safe hands at CLA.
