The Chattanooga Theatre Centre's Summer Academy teaches acting, character creation, technical theatre, and dance to young people in rising grades 1 through 12 (about ages 6–18). Classes are grouped by age, with offerings such as dance for rising grades 2–6.

I saw "Every Christmas Story Ever Told" last December, and tonight I saw "The Color Purple"! Every Christmas Story had me laughing, and The Color Purple BLEW ME AWAY! The performances by all the actors was incredible! It made me tear up at the end. If you live in Chattanooga, or are visiting, I definitely suggest seeing a play here! I look forward to seeing more!
