★Ariel DI attempted to reach someone with Challenge Island for three days via phone. When my call was finally returned, I attempted to book a birthday party to redeem a Groupon voucher and was told that my date was available and that I would receive an email with time slots to choose from. When I did receive the email I was informed that not only was my date not available (even tho it was confirmed via phone), there were no available dates for the whole month! My daughter was looking forward to hosting a birthday party here, but it appears that the facility is not equipped or willing to accept the Groupon voucher within a reasonable timeframe.
