Columbus Children's Theatre runs week-long day camps (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) for kids and teens roughly ages 5-15, using its Theatre360 model so every camper gets hands-on experience in acting, dance, costumes, stagecraft and music. Themes are often based on popular shows (The Little Mermaid Jr., Matilda Jr.), led by theatre professionals with a 1:8-10 staff ratio.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact CCT (Columbus Children's Theatre) directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleAmazing production of cabaret. Will absolutely seek out another play here!
Don’t let the name fool you - they have programming for all ages, not just kids! Our “tour group” for “In the Land of Oz” was composed entirely of adults and everyone had a wonderful time. We will certainly seek out future productions!
We have been to about 4 children’s interactive shows (focused on the 0-5 age bracket) and they have been so much fun for our toddlers! I cannot recommend these shows enough for a great weekend morning activity. Our favorite so far has been Dragons Love Tacos!
My daughter really enjoyed the show. You can tell the actors really have a passion for what they do. My only suggestion is that they increase the length of the Imagine that show from 22 min to 30 minutes. Otherwise a great show!
We attended with our 3.5 and 1.5 yr olds the show was cute however I encourage the actors to speak during the show. I completely understand the concept behind not speaking but when interacting with children of this age group they didn't really know what to do without words. I'd give it a 5 star if they spoke to the children my son asked the entire time why they didn't talk. But cute show
