Carson's Art School is a family-run art school in Katy that teaches one-on-one so lessons fit each student's skill level, serving kids ages 6 and up, teens, and adults. Weekly art camps run during summer, winter, and spring breaks, with half-day (10am-12 or 1-3pm), full-day (10am-3pm), and extended-day (to 5:30pm) options plus early drop-off. Homeschool art classes are also offered.

Mr. Carson is so good with the kids. He teaches them real art skills, that build over time. You can see that he loves what he does, and my son Rocco, loves going to art class. They are super flexible with scheduling, which is helpful, especially since my son is in sports. We are going to try to keep going even when baseball starts. You get what you pay for with this school. My son learns a new skill each week, and the classes are 2 hours long, which really help you to master a skill before you leave. You can drop in any class (meaning you can show up and pay for one class), or you can pay monthly, or by semester. There is an option for whatever fits your needs. They have camps during school breaks that are amazing too. I would totally recommend this place if you are looking to provide a creative outlet for your child.
