Camp Tuhsmeheta ('Camp T') is a nearly 300-acre forested camp property at 10500 Lincoln Lake Avenue NE in Greenville, owned and operated by the Michigan Department of Education's Resource for Blind/Low Vision and Resource for Deaf/Hard of Hearing. Its facilities are specifically designed for students who are blind or low vision, and the name comes from the senses of touch, smell, hearing and taste. The property offers lodges and tent sites plus archery, a challenge course, a climbing tower, lake activities, campfires and hiking trails; high-adventure activities require a reservation and a certified supervisor. Camp T is booked by Michigan groups with an educational focus for school-age children rather than by individual families, and MDE RBLV and RDHH separately organize events there for BLV students, educators and families.

I went here for adventure camp on June 23, 2024, and this was one of the best camp experiences ever had. I will be counting down the days until I get to go back next summer

We had such a fun weekend at Camp T solving the mystery of the "escape room."
