Camp Shawano is a Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road day camp on 142 acres in Jessamine County, about 13 miles south of Lexington. The volunteer-run Fayette-Jessamine day camp offers a week of archery, a climbing tower, sports, and outdoor activities, primarily for girls ages 5-21, with a coed Pixie unit (ages 2-5) and a boys unit (ages 6-11).
