This is such a great camp i loved that one spur with brown hair named mariam i think she was so cool and helpful my girls loved it! Totally recommend, a great little retreat

Did some work out here for the girl scouts. Such a beautiful place! 1000 acres of land, 20 acre lake, 20+ horses in the barn including a new draft horse they just picked up. It was great watching this 17-18+ hand horse chilling with the miniature ponies. If you have a chance to visit or send a family member, do it!

Beautiful camp. Lovely trails! Im a SPURS girl and beau is my favorite horse!!!!! If you are going in would say that beau is great for a beginner! Sadly the other horse option that i was going to say has sadly passed away💔 May all your grass be green champ🩷🏆

I was very displeased with the horse experience for the junior badge. I witnessed the arena leader numerous times gripe and blame the girls who's horses got out of control, for squeezing their horses too hard with their legs - one of the girls that was griped at had legs too short to even wrap around the horse to squeeze. One of the girls was my own daughter, and I could even tell from the stands she was not squeezing. My child is a timid kid, and the experience of being blamed for something she was blatantly not doing, ruined her time. She was also completely ignored during the grooming session. My time in this area Girl Scouts has been pretty crummy with terrible attitudes from leadership - it disgusts me. Do better.
