★Valerie Lunawent here for a school field trip about maybe 10 years ago, it was fun but the ladies that ran the place were absolutely horrible. felt like i was always scrutinized and bullied though i never did anything i wasn't supposed to. one lady even stopped a lesson to come up to me and tell me not to roll my eyes ( i glanced up at a wasp nest i was right under). food was tasty but the water had a distinct sewage taste that was barely masked by the strawberry lemonade. last thing to top it off was making us sit in deer poop at night because they wanted us to watch the stairs but we had to sit instead of stand. would never send my kids here, i mean come on have you guys seen the other reviews that show the horrible condition they keep their horses in?

So much so that I bought a cookbook! Bring a fan for the cabin if you're hot blooded because it can get a little steamy! It is nice to get back to nature and just have fun hanging out with the girls. The women that run Camp Honey Creek are all about empowering young women. The camp counselor and girls that work there are fantastic role models. I'm a big fan! Looking forward to next year already!
