Camp Currier is a Boy Scouts camp of the Chickasaw Council on more than 300 acres near Hernando, operating since 1925. It hosts Cub Scout resident camp and Scouts BSA programs and district events, with a COPE and climbing course, shooting and archery ranges, trails, and a lake for canoeing and fishing.

He checked with us shortly after we arrived in the afternoon and then again in the morning. He did a great job of letting us know the rules without being overbearing. The only complaint is the latrines. It seems like nature has reclaimed them.
