Will be canceling our membership due to lack of management. Horrible customer service. Save your money or your time and go to a different ymca

Very clean and organized! Weight room is average. BIG disappointment is no sauna! Seriously, a northern YMCA with no sauna?

I have been paying $80 a month for over a year I guess they had an issue with one of my payments and they cancelled my membership. So after paying over $1,000 they wouldn't let 2 adults and 1 kid swim. So much for a good community place.

Paid almost $100 to enroll my kid in gymnastic classes and she’s been so excited it’s the only thing she’s talked about for days. Today is the first day and they called and canceled the first class… insane.

I am very confused at what's going on at this place. I started my membership back up adding my 5 year old son. I wanted to have a place to go on his summer vacation to do things. Plus I want him to learn to swim. I paid $99 to start my membership plus $67 for our monthly premium, plus $45 for swimming lessons. So we go there to go swimming and pool is down all week for cleaning, but you can go play basketball. My 5 year old . Not even close to the basket. So we decided to go outside to their play ground to have a lady tell us that we had to leave because day care is using it. I said but we are members and she said it didn't matter. I am confused at this point and my son is hurt. So we go back in and the girl at the desk said sorry but he can't play there, but I can give you a basketball for the gym. My 5 year old, again not even close to the basket. Place use to be family oriented. What happened over the last 10 years since my last membership. I am confused. Please help me to be able to understand how you can hurt a little boys feelings over a play ground?
