SUCKS! that i have to write a negative review, I love every show i ever been to, but now i have to write about one bad experience and how the staff has conducted themselves. I can't believe they would behave with such low class and bad customer service. Not only can't you ever get ahold of anyone there, they dodge you once you do get ahold of them. Here is my story, Sunday, March 15, 2026 I attended a comedy show for Brad Willams. Where I got my wallet stolen or lost. I tried contacting someone in the box office all day monday and all day tuesday. i was then told my wallet was not there. I kept calling then it magically appeared and i received a voicemail from a manager named Sean, which i called back and told him i was on my way. i got there around 1700 on that Tuesday March 17, 2026 were i met him at the security desk to sign my property out. I then asked him if my money was still in the wallet. he first ignored me until i repeated myself again. his response was it should be, but they the way he said it was awkward and how wouldn't you know for sure, he had to open it to verify my id card. of course as soon as i took it out and put it on the desk and asked Sean and another security female personal, where was my money. i explain to them that i had $500 in my wallet (that afternoon my family and I were in search for a quincy dress that was the down payment), who turned it in, where did they so call find it, is there a camera image we can see of them singing it etc. he played the quiet game and was so lost in answering my questions. she jumped in stating if it was found in the theater they didn't have camera in there. my response was thanks god it wasn't there because my daughter was all over the floor looking for her toy when we was leaving, she then responded with an attitude that she was not going to review any tapes that day that she would tomorrow, meaning March 18, 2026. Since then I can't get ahold of anyone, the box office called me once saying they would be looking that they got to busy around March 27, 2026 because i kept leaving voicemail. Then i received a voice mail from Shanne Hall i believe she is the general manager, who never answers her calls or returns messages. Just wanting to let people know, what type of customer service you will get from the management.

Went to see Dwight Yokham last night. He was a bit late but played a 3 hour show and was absolutely amazing. One of my top concerts ever. Beautiful venue.

Beautiful venue and good sound quality, but strict policies about what can enter. I couldn't bring a sealed plastic bottle of water and water inside the hall costs $5!

Attended a performance of The Nutcracker while visiting friends in town. A beautiful facility with great acoustics and comfortable seating. I can strongly recommend catching a performance here if you get the opportunity.
