Cleveland nonprofit dance organization founded in 2016 by LaChanee Hipps that trains youth for marching-band auxiliary and dance careers, with a focus on HBCU dance culture, character development, audition prep and educational guidance. Its Away Dance Camp is an overnight, all-inclusive residential camp for ages 9 and up (adults included) held with the MVMT Foundation at the Eastern Ohio Sports Complex: four days of technical and non-technical sessions in jazz, hip-hop and heels led by HBCU dance alumni and industry professionals, with charter-bus transportation from Cleveland, hot meals, dormitory lodging and an end-of-camp performance. The organization also runs year-round companies, workshops and an all-city showcase, and has served over 150 youth.

They constantly push the dancers and offer individualized critique after each class so that the dancers know exactly what they need to work on in between practices.The instructors are hard on the dancers and have very high expectations for all the dancers.
