The quality of employee varies here. The good ones are phenomenal, if you get a day, which are most days, with Coach Randy, Coach Lyric, or Coach Mark/Mike? (Not too sure of his name - he’s honestly the best coach out of all of them because he explains things really well and can demonstrate all of the drills) - your kid will not only have a good time, but will also learn a lot and get better. However, there are days where you might get Coach Stephanie or Coach Alex and they don’t seem to really know what they are doing or even know basketball at all. The same thing goes for the front desk people. Most days you get Albert, who provides great customer service and is extremely helpful, but then some days you get Talia who doesn’t seem to care and is always on her phone. I think I saw her reading a book one time and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. She is just awful and not helpful at all. I’ve been a member a long time and this is what I have observed. I gave 5 stars because I think the credit should go to the people who do a great job and overall is worth the money!

My son enjoyed "Skills & Drills" routine for a year. He liked coaches and everything. I appreciate the opportunity to use homeschool vouchers as a payment. After a summer break we can't get back. No more connections with manager - no sell phone, no email to send a note. It is not good. It was great, when there was a living person to help with paperwork. Now we cannot order the voucher, BTS academy is on a list and not available.

“I really liked the way KJ and the other coach worked with the kids today. They didn’t just run through the drills—they actually took the time to CORRECT EACH CHILD’s FORM, which is VERY VERY IMPORTANT. Instead of just telling them what to do and moving on, they guided the kids step by step. I could see how much attention they gave to each child, making sure everyone was learning the right way. It was both very encouraging and professional.”

Went from 4 stars to 2, approaching 0! Been a client for well over a year maybe 2 now. They won’t reply to their clients who are leaving ( stop paying). Even if it’s a short break. They want to charge you no matter what. Even if you inform well in advance that you’re taking a break. They will not stop sending emails and texts all hours of the day. Wise then a creditor THAT YOU ACTIALKY OWE MINEY TOO! And the worst times with the texts. mostly super early in the am or midnight. I know the scam too. “It’s auto generated”. Sure! Never sign a contact. I recommend getting a Visa card for the amount of the “package” only. This place is getting really scammy. Sad. Made dozens of attempts to communicate with them to no avail. Now it’s harassment for 3 weeks. I got more!
