Brüka Theatre, a downtown Reno theatre company, runs an annual Youth Performing Arts Workshop summer intensive, a two-week July program for ages 11-17 in which participants create an original play with working theatre professionals. The workshop covers acting, movement/dance, voice, and theatrical design; partial scholarships and teen internships are available.
