The Boys & Girls Club of the Hatchie River Region in Covington runs a low-cost summer program for children ages 5-18, open 9 a.m.-4 p.m., serving roughly 75 youth each summer in a supervised, structured setting. Programming spans the Club's five core areas: character and leadership development; education and career development; health and life skills; the arts; and sports, fitness and recreation. The Club reaches over 150 youth a year through membership and community outreach.
