★Deanna RobinsonI had a chance to observe the group from the Neil Road branch when they attended Roller Kingdom yesterday August 5th. There were roughly 50 kids with two staff members. There was a young female wearing a red staff shirt and a young male wearing a blue shirt that said trustworthy staff. For the 2 hours that I observed them, the female appeared to be the only one attending to the kids. The young male sat in the back of the seating area with one of the young females wearing an orange shirt. I approached the female staff member about him not helping and she said she would talk to him. That worked for about 10 minutes before he was back with the young female in the back. If this is what parents have to leave their children with I hope they are not having to pay for it.
★Aletha BaquianoWas so shocked when I picked up my kids today. It was the first day they'd be in the club today since school starts. My kids had been with them for three years and they're not really regulars there. I was surprised when I was charged $45/week on one day and only an hour and a half for my kids stay. They could have at least emailed me for changes that is going to happen this year. My kids did not even received help with homework and did not eat their dinner there today. This is ridiculous! I thought the club provides assistance with students and parents. And seems like they just want to pull money from parents pocket. I don't mind paying but the they charged ridiculously high! And I know they get subsidy from the government. I'm not going to put my kids ever again there! I am really disappointed.
