Box and One is the answer to what I was looking for. There is no way a 9 year old should just start playing basketball with a bunch of other clueless kids. No rules...minimal teaching...injuries. It is painful to watch. I learned very quickly that Box and One was what he needed. Let's learn how to dribble. Let's learn how to move. Lets work on actual technique and skills. Let's perfect these skills and then move on...and only then move on. In watching my son work there for the last half year he looks like a basketball player. He is learning. He is improving at a pace much faster than his peers. I fully recommend if your kid is serious about basketball.

I can't praise these dedicated, motivational and caring coaches of Rich and Pete enough and they really emphasize hard work and are continually pushing the kids to do their best. Both are great, skillful, highly experienced players and masters of basketball. They really know and enjoy the game and great interaction with all the students and they know what every individual child is in need of and are very encouraging and helpful with each one. My son has gained so much from his time here. And more importantly, I truly appreciate the character building and personality development that Box and One are providing through the game of basketball. Great for all ages and I Highly Recommend it anyone who loves basketball and wants to learn how to play a more skillful game and for parents who wants to get your kid in The Game. Thanks Guys.
