My daughter Adria has been doing gymnastics here for almost 6 years. They have developed her into a toddler who can barely roll over, to a young lady who can do flips and handsprings I couldn’t imagine doing without breaking my neck. The coaches here are incredibly friendly and develop true and genuine connections with their students. Several times I have picked my daughter up crying over the last six years. Not because she was upset, but because a coach she loved and considered a friend was moving away and it was their last day. I would recommend Bloomington United to any parent looking for a physical activity for their son or daughter. My daughter has never complained one time when it’s time to go to gymnastics.
We’ve been loving BUGS so far!! Specifically Miss Brooke!!!! We’ve been coming here for 3 terms now and when we fist got here, my little girl was barely 3 and VERY shy and scared of all the new people.. Miss Brooke was sooo sweet to her and she was such a good teacher that my daughter ended up not only warming up, but thriving in Miss Brooke’s class!! By the time her second term came, my daughter and Miss Brooke were best friends and honestly, she was totally ready to move on to the next class after only two terms with Miss Brooke, but she loves her so much she wanted to do another term with her!! lol I honestly don’t know how I’m going to convince her to move to a new teacher!! Although, I’ve heard all the coaches here are amazing and we’ve had the privilege to work with a few of them! We definitely recommend bugs!! They also have a wide range of classes and ages accepted which is amazing!!
I just wanted to take a minute to leave a review. My wife took my daughter to the summer class and quickly realized she was too young for it. Not only were the staff super understanding they also refunded us for the 8 week class. They didn’t have to do that! We look forward to our little one being old enough to join the gym!
My toddler just loves coming here for their open play hour. The staff is welcoming and the gymnastics area is comfortable enough to feel safe walking around without shoes. The equipment is somewhat worn and dated but honestly I doubt children care too much about that. I do wish open play lasted longer than an hour and was offered more than just once a day. There's a small ball pit, two large foam pits, a gigantic tumbling area, a playhouse with slide, balance beams, tons of modular foam blocks, two mini zip lines, and more. No adults allowed on equipment.
