My son played on the 10u team. This team has 2 great coaches named Carlos and Anthony, but has daddy ball rec coaches who take over. The owner this weekend at a tournament told my wife to take my son and leave after the second game because he was upset over an error he made and was down on himself. The two daddy ball rec coaches have no clue about coaching, and one of them along with the owner do nothing but yell and scream at these 10 year old kids. I had faith in this organization up until about 2 or 3 months ago and I started to realize this organization is more about wins than development of these young kids. We will be moving on to a more organized organization that coaches actually coach and teach not scream or yell at kids, which is also a USSSA team which is better quality baseball. My son tried out for 2 USSSA teams and made both. The owner actually before telling my wife to take my son and leave told my 10 year old son he will never make it on these teams in front of the entire team. As a dad, I’m embarrassed for the owner to publicly embarrass a child in front of his team mates and friends. That’s not cool for any child to experience. I do appreciate the opportunity this organization gave to my son, but this organization definitely lacks teaching of fundamental baseball, and development of the kids, but do exceeed in favoritism and berating 10 year olds. These coaches need to YouTube Building better baseball, and watch how coaching should be for these young kids. It’s more than wins, it’s about fun and friendship first, these coaches are nothing without wins, and they are certainly nothing with wins. This organization failed my 10 year old son who was going to be there 100% until the end of his contract but they decided his end for him before he was able to fulfill his contract. Good luck Bisons, I wish you nothing but the best

My son has been playing with this team for a few months now and has enjoyed every minute of it. This is a great organization that truly cares about teaching each position, giving every kid a chance to play, and showing them the correct way to learn the game. I will forever be grateful for this team and the development my son has received.

Loving the training and experience my son is getting with The Bisons! He absolutely loves playing. He has grown so much just in the 4 months he has been with the team! Coach Frank does great work on training so many young kids ❤️🤗 I look forward to seeing what the future holds with them! Thank you Bisons💙⚾️❤️

A great place for development. Coaches that really care about the kids. Love that there is 24 hour access to the indoor facility! Perfect for my baller who eats and breathes baseball.

I attended my grandson's baseball game and witnessed the worse coaching of a young baseball team i have ever witnessed. The coach should be relieved of his position and replaced by a coach that teaches and builds confidence. Worst i have ever seen
