Powered by GoogleThis place is awesome! I only came here once when I was in Delta for work. My hotel gave me a free day pass and I wanted to get a workout in. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much at first, but when I got to the establishment, I was so pleasantly surprised and blown away at the size of the property, all the different amenities, friendliness of the front desk staff, cleanliness, and availability of workout equipment. Even just the weight room alone has tons of awesome machines and free weights, and I practically had it all to myself. All I can say is this: I wish my local rec center was as awesome as this one.
We rented out the pool on a Sunday for a pool party for toddlers. We had a great experience! Amanda was very helpful in scheduling, we would book here again.
I love this rec center!! We are so lucky to have such a great facility available. I swim there all the time, but their multiple gyms and classes are great too. Prices and hours are fantastic. Thank you!
This place is amaaaazing! They have such a great variety of activities and equipment. I'm so glad I've moved to Delta and can swim all the time! Only two minor gripes: #1 I wish the pool was a few degrees warmer--I know it needs to be cool for lap swimming but it doesn't need to be COLD! Even after swimming laps for 30 minutes I'm still chilled. #2 I wish they had some regular bikes--not recumbent and not spinner bikes. Otherwise I can't possibly complain about the offerings at Bill Heddles!
Started my membership a few weeks ago now. I joined to be able to go to the gym and swim on a daily basis. For the first 2 weeks I stayed in the gym only. Tonight I decent to swim since the pool was empty. Admittedly I hadn't read the signs next to the pool. James B. came up to me and told me I was breaking the one jump rule on the diving board. He was very respectful and noticed it was my first time in the pool. He was amazing! He filled me in on the rules and took me over to the sign to show me. He was kind, respectful and understanding. James B is awesome. Thank you for understanding and educating me so that I didn't break any more rules.
