Powered by GoogleThe one star is for their amazing facility. It's great. WHEN it's open. They NEVER answer the phones, they don't give an option on the website to reserve a batting cage for use. When you don't live close to the place and travel 45 minutes during business hours to find the entire place with lights off and the desk unattended to... It's a little more tha than frustrating and pretty unprofessional. Please enjoy the picture I've taken on Saturday September 27, 2025 at 430pm here at Bianco. Business hours are from 8am-830pm.
We have played wooden bat league, done camps, and lessons. The facility is great, and the coaches are just as awesome. We've had different coaches for different things and I highly recommend this place for any kids wanting to further educate themselves in baseball.
Saw online that they were open until 9:45. I don’t get off of work until 8:15 and live in the city. My brother wanted to go and they never answered their phone. So took the 30 minute drive there. Got there at 9:00 and saw that their lights were out. Wasted my time driving and there was ZERO HELP from their staff. It was such a disappointment from such an “ESTABLISHED” place of sports. Total weak sauce😔😔😔
I can't say enough good things about Bianco's and their incredible softball instructors! As a parent, it's been amazing to watch my daughter grow as a softball player thanks to their coaching and instruction. The facility itself is top-notch - honestly, the best we've seen in Western PA. Everything is well-maintained, and they have all the equipment you could need. But what really sets them apart is the quality of instruction. My daughter's coach, Coach Bev, is fantastic. She is so patient and encouraging, and she really knows how to break down the skills in a way that made sense to my daughter. Since starting lessons, my daughter has not only become a much stronger player, but her confidence has soared too! She's having more fun on the field than ever before, and that's what it's all about! I highly recommend Coach Bev at Bianco's to any parent looking to give their child the best possible softball training.
Great facility. Great staff. One on one practice is good. The Guardian Angel travel team is a whole different story. Costs a couple thousand dollars and it seems as though the Bianco team washes their hands of these teams. They don’t offer any assistance to help the teams and Matt (the owner) hasn’t been to a single game to see what is going on. 9/10 parents are extremely disappointed and I feel the same way. They hire only ONE coach that is not affiliated with Bianco and just let them do their thing. The kids and parents were also told it was a very competitive tryout and only the best will make the team. Not true at all!! They just made more teams to accommodate the kids that tried out. I highly recommend not involving your child in the Guardian Angels. The Guardian Angel program is a money grab for Bianco’s!! BTW our team and many other Bianco teams have lost almost every game! As a matter of fact the Bianco teams have been over by the 5th innings due to the 10 run rule.
