Berkshire Art Center (formerly IS183 Art School) is a nonprofit visual-arts organization whose 'Summer in the Studios' day camp runs 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (with extended-day options) at its historic Stockbridge building and satellite sites in West Stockbridge and Pittsfield. Campers explore painting, drawing, collage, sculpture and printmaking around weekly themes, culminating in a camper-curated art show. Need-based scholarships, EBT discounts and work exchange are available.

We took pottery lessons with Lorimer at the Berkshire Art Center and we loved it! She was an amazing teacher and we had a wonderful time! What an incredible studio! We can’t wait to come back!
