Private
Becket Arts Center is a membership-based nonprofit arts organization housed in the 1855 Seminary Hall in historic North Becket, and it runs summer art camps for children in two age groups, 5-8 and 9-13. The camps meet at the Becket Outdoor Center and are offered in both half-day and full-day formats. The Center also runs free and low-tuition Young People's Arts Workshops for ages 5-14, and scholarships are available.

We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Becket Arts Center directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Sweet venue and free though donations welcome. Watch their website to catch local artists, workshops and other events in this tiny glorious town. Make sure your car is tanked up and you have snacks as it's fairly remote with no stores nearby. Worth the drive, which is also beautiful from any direction.
Attended a crafts show/sale at BAC and enjoyed it thoroughly! The staff there is friendly and helpful, and very supportive of their contributing vendors. We had a great time chatting with local artisans and we made a few purchases, too!
This was a sweet art gallery/small gift shop featuring (presumably) local artists. The ground floor had a small shop with gift cards of quality photos (and other small items) and a small gallery space featuring a delightful collection from one artist. The top floor was devoted to several different artists with discrete pricing (paintings, sculpture, mixed media). It’s definitely worth the stop whether you are living locally or traveling through the Berkshires via Becket. It’s not a long drive from.Lenox/Tanglewood.
Such a lovely and welcoming place to discover treasures by local artists. Everyone is so friendly and eager to connect. I can’t wait to come back!
