The Beaufort Yacht & Sailing Club runs a weekly summer day camp for children ages 5–12 with land- and water-based activities including games, crafts, fishing, boat tours, and sandbar adventures. The club also hosts Beaufort Community Sailing & Boating's summer sailing camp for ages 8–16, teaching seamanship for all skill levels from beginner through intro-to-racing. Sailing sessions run Monday–Friday by the week, roughly 9:00am–4:30pm, from early June through late July.
