My son has played football for this organization for 3 years. We have our ups and downs just like any other place. However issues can be resolved when you approach it correctly. Our coaches put a lot of work into the kids and teams and I'm thankful for all that they do.

My daughter's have been cheering for the Packers for 8 years now, I've had nephews play football for the teams and my family has always felt welcome and safe. The organization gets better and better each year, the board room door is always open for any concerns and coaches have always cared for the children like their own. There's something great to say about the only team still with the league since 1968.

All my 3 kids are in the Packers. 2 boys and 1 girl. And I don't have no problems at all. The coaches was caring, loving people and it's funny most of the parents don't stay in practice and who watch your kids?. The coaches with out complain. I hope no other child has to go through what my children did with this organization. My kids were getting bullied by their coach, my middle son already gets bullied at school be other kids and to have a grown man calling my child names and belittling him was absolutely appalling. The coach benched my son for 2 out of 3 of his games because he said he wasn't hitting hard enough. I brought this to the attention of the athletic director who did nothing to solve the issue. After my son's 3rd game being on the bench my husband confronted the coach who then threatened to physically assault my husband and even went as far as to tell everyone that my husband threated him with a pistol. Not only was that accusation completely false, he painted my husband as being the aggressor when the coach was the one who had 2 people restraining him. I told the athletic director to handle his coach and his way of solving the issue was to send me a text message on Easter Sunday telling me that my family was a threat to the safety of their organization and all 4 of my children were not welcome back. He also threated to file a false police report against my husband saying that he threated the coach with a pistol; not only did he witness that my husband didn't threaten the coach, one of the VP's of the league also witnessed that my husband never threaten the coach. The whole situation was a horrible experience for my family, even the president of the league agreed that what they did to us was completely wrong but unfortunately there are very few rules for spring football so the league couldn't do much about it. Save your children some heartache and don't bring them to this team.
