I went to Barry Farm Recreation Center today to sign up for senior activities. I spoke with Ms. Tina and she was very helpful in helping me register online. Also I spoke with Ms. Lisa who helped me to sign up for other events they will be having this month. They both get a thumbs up. 👍 Both ladies were polite and courteous and very knowledgeable about all the senior programs.. I will recommen Barry Farm Recreation Center to everyone I know who lives in DC area. Thank you Tina & Lisa

I took my 4 year old nephew there for the Halloween Haunted House event. There were lots of children there waiting in a very long line. He was really scared and had lots of fun even though there was no candy giveaway. I bought him candy from the ice cream truck, and he was happy.

I never have an issue when coming here. The pool is always operable and the staff is welcoming. The pool may be a little cold for seniors and children but we made it work. I love lap swimming here and when I brought my niece for the tots class it was too cute. The instructions to pay for lap swim can be found on the website. It’s as simple as 123. Make sure you bring a lock to secure your items in the locker room. Also, Parking is tough but every time I came, I got a spot right out front. Just be mentally prepared for that. I will definitely be back here and I recommend others visit as well.
