My wife and I first started taking our son to Sunny Day Academy, prior to Laura and Matt purchasing the location and implementing the curriculum and joining the Balanced Family Academy family. From that point on, we saw a very positive change in everything from parent/teacher communication, technology resources to stay attentive to our son's day to day learning, progress in milestones etc. We had a wonderful experience bringing our son to Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard until we moved to Powell and were forced to change where he goes to Daycare. All in all, I highly suggest Balanced Family Academy as a whole, and especially the Hilliard location because of the great experience we had here. If it weren't for their help, potty training, education and progress with our now 3 year old would have been soo much more difficult for us. The teachers and the owner care deeply about their kids and provide such a positive experience for them and parents. 5/5 recommend!! Thank you Laura, Brooke, and all the administrators and teachers for being so great. You made it easy to trust our son was in great hands every single day!

My daughter , started with Balanced family academy 4 years ago when she was only 2 years old. In these past 4 years we have had nothing but positive, caring, and supportive experience with this daycare. We all grew very close and it is so upsetting to us to have to say goodbye for now due to us moving to a new school. As we are excited for this new journey, we cannot stress enough how much we will miss BfA. They do everything to make sure our kids are safe and taken care of! They go above and beyond truly. We love you all thank you sooooo much for all of the smiles and all of the days that my daughter may have been upset and you were all there to wipe tears and give much needed hugs. Thank you for all of the patience and support. Thank you all for everything you taught my daughter. We hope to see you all soon in the future. BFA Hilliard is a fantastic center. The teachers are kind and attentive. The center provides a lot of extra enrichment activities for the kids. They do a great job with communicating and send numerous updates in their app throughout the day. Our daughter is always smiling and happy. I can't say enough good things!

I’ve been sending my infant to BFA for 6 months and I have never had a negative experience to date. The facilities are clean, practical, and aesthetically pleasing. The teachers and support staff are truly the best and they treat my infant like their own. They use an app to update me through the day on her activities and send many pictures (my favorite part). I cannot recommend BFA enough!

We moved our daughter here because of a not so great experience at a different daycare. BFA makes us so comfortable with knowing that our daughter will be loved and well cared for. She lights up when she sees her teachers! We also love the the owner, Laura, and other admin step in and help when the staff need breaks or lunch. To know that the owner knows our daughter really well (to the point where she also celebrates with us when she doesn’t have a blowout) is not something we expected. Honestly, if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!
