★★★T StewUpdate: I did state if the ladies at the desk are busy than nobody is watching & that is accurate. Has to be a better way. Also, maybe she interacts differently with certain people or when certain people are watching. Ms. Jam is not personable either. Seems the business removed this review from their average ratings (prior to this update). Everyone has been pleasant except maybe Ms. Trish. Didn't seem like she has the personality to work with young kids. There needs to be a system implemented for checking in/out young children. The instructor just let's them out the room & if the ladies at the desk are busy, nobody is watching where the children are going or ensuring they leave with an authorized adult. Sometimes a scheduled 30 minute class starts 5 or so minutes late (instructor late) but still ends on time. If it started late it should end late so they get the full 30 minutes (which goes fast). Should be a way to pay online without having to pay a fee to do so.
